WIN is a women’s networking organization built on connection, collaboration, and consistency.

Our mission is to create a supportive community where women can grow their businesses, gain clarity, and build lasting relationships through authentic connection.

Each tier offers a different level of access and accountability. All members agree to uphold these policies as a condition of membership.

VIP Members

For women ready to grow through connection and accountability.

What’s Included:
Access to the Monthly Ready-to-Use Content Vault
Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls

Expectations:
Attend Monthly Mastermind Calls and contribute ideas, wins, or questions.
Engage respectfully in community spaces and discussions.
Maintain an active PayPal subscription to retain access.
Represent your business professionally and align with WIN’s core values.

VIP Plus Members

For women seeking deeper collaboration and personalized business support.
 

What’s Included:

Access to the Monthly Editable Content Vault

Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls
 

Expectations:

Attend Monthly Mastermind Calls and actively participate.

Stay active in member group chats.

Offer feedback, referrals, or collaboration to peers at least once per month.

Maintain an active PayPal subscription.

Represent your business professionally and align with WIN’s core values.

Elite Members

For women committed to deeper growth, mentorship, and leadership.
 

What’s Included:

Access to the Monthly Editable Content Vault

Access to Monthly Mastermind Calls

Access to an Exclusive Non-Compete Small Group (weekly meetings)

3-Month Commitment (renewed quarterly)
 

Expectations:

Attend weekly small-group meetings.

Arrive on time and remain for the full session unless an emergency occurs.

A substitute may attend in your place (counts as attendance).

No more than 5 absences per 6-month period. Exceeding this may result in removal without refund.

Participate fully in accountability, referrals, and discussions.

Model leadership, integrity, and professionalism.

Communicate proactively with your Group Leader regarding transfers or changes.

General Policies

1. Code of Conduct

All members agree to:

Treat fellow members with respect and professionalism.

Refrain from harassment, discrimination, intimidation, or divisive behavior.

Avoid unsolicited pitching or spam messaging in DMs or group chats.

Maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive business discussions.

Engage in good faith collaboration and networking.

WIN reserves the right to remove any member whose behavior is deemed disruptive, unethical, or misaligned with community values. Removal may occur without refund.
 

2. Confidentiality

Members may be exposed to private business strategies, revenue discussions, or proprietary processes.

By joining WIN, members agree:

Not to share confidential discussions outside of WIN spaces.

Not to replicate or distribute proprietary materials without permission.

Not to use shared member strategies for competitive harm.
 

3. Non-Compete Structure (Elite Groups)

Each Elite small group allows only one paid member per profession or primary business category.

If your business offers multiple services, you must select one primary category to represent.

WIN reserves the right to determine category conflicts and make final placement decisions.
 

4. Attendance & Participation

Consistency strengthens trust and referral relationships.

Members must attend according to their tier expectations.

More than 5 absences within a 6-month period may result in removal without refund.

Members may only belong to one small group at a time.
 

5. Guests

Guests may attend up to two meetings before joining.

Guest attendance may be:

One mastermind + one small group, OR

Two small group meetings.

Guests must be approved by a Group Leader.
 

6. Membership Fees, Refunds & Cancellation Policy
Subscription Terms

Memberships are managed via recurring subscription.

Billing occurs monthly or quarterly depending on your selected tier.

Elite membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel anytime directly through their member portal.

Cancellations must be completed before your renewal date to avoid the next charge.

WIN does not cancel subscriptions on behalf of members.

You are responsible for managing your subscription.

Refund Policy

All membership fees are generally non-refundable.

Refunds may be considered only under special circumstances and must be voted on and approved by the WIN Executive Leadership Team.

No partial refunds will be issued for unused time unless specifically approved by leadership.

Removal due to policy violations does not qualify for a refund.

Failed Payments

If payment fails, access to member benefits may be paused.

Continued non-payment may result in membership cancellation.

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting WIN to resolve concerns may result in permanent removal from the community and potential collection of disputed fees.
 

7. Non-Compete Agreement

Members agree not to create, host, or lead a directly competing women’s networking organization during active membership and for one (1) year following termination.

This does not restrict participation in other networking groups.
 

8. Intellectual Property

All WIN materials, templates, vault content, and training resources are protected intellectual property.

Members may:

Use content for their own business marketing.

Members may not:

Resell, redistribute, share, or duplicate materials outside their business.

Share login access with non-members.

Unauthorized distribution may result in removal and legal action.
 

9. Independent Business Responsibility

WIN facilitates networking opportunities but does not:

Endorse individual businesses

Guarantee results

Assume liability for member transactions

Members are fully responsible for their own services, contracts, and business practices.
 

10. Leadership Discretion

WIN reserves the right to:

Reassign group placements

Adjust classifications

Remove members

Modify policies

Leadership decisions are final.

Policy Updates

Policies may evolve as WIN grows.

Members will receive advance communication before changes take effect.

Continued membership constitutes agreement to updated policies.
